Terms of Service

These terms are between you and legal entity name ("we"). By creating an account or using ceomodel.ai you agree to them. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you may commit that business.

CEO Model asks structured questions about your business, keeps your answers as evidence, and uses AI advisors — shown by role titles such as the CEO, the Creative Director and the Company Builder — to produce diagnoses, one priority decision at a time, answers to your questions, and reminders. Features change as the product develops. Early-access wording, if applicable.

The service gives business guidance produced by AI from the information you give it. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it can be incomplete or wrong. Every recommendation shows its evidence, its confidence and its assumptions; you decide, and you remain responsible for your decisions and their results. Where it matters, get a qualified professional's advice.

You need a working email address and you must keep access to it secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in businesses you own, including the people you invite. Tell us at once at support@ceomodel.ai if you think your account is being misused.

Everything you put into the service stays yours. You give us a limited licence to host it, process it and send it to our service providers, including the AI model providers, only to run, secure and support the service — and, for trainer corrections, to test and improve the advisors as the Privacy Policy describes. You confirm you have the right to share what you put in, including any personal information about other people in it.

Do not break the law, enter data you have no right to share, try to reach another business's data or our systems, reverse engineer or scrape the service, overload it, use it to build a competing product, or use its output to deceive anyone. We may apply limits — questions per hour, monthly AI spend — to keep the service fair and secure.

Free during early access, or: pricing, billing cycle, taxes, refunds and what happens when a trial ends — to be written when billing exists.

You can delete a business or your whole account at any time in Settings, and deletion is permanent. We may suspend or close access, with notice where that is reasonable, if you break these terms, create a security or legal risk, or do not pay if applicable.

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice of a material change that reduces the service.

The service, its software, the advisors' methods, the question bank and the brand belong to us or our licensors. The advisors encode the judgment of real founders; you may not copy or extract them.

So far as the law allows, the service is provided as it is. Liability cap — for example the fees paid in the previous 12 months, or a fixed amount. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business decisions taken on the strength of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Optional: you cover us against claims arising from what you put in or from your breach of these terms.

The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including administrator access and AI processing.

We may update these terms. We post the new version and tell account owners by email before a material change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept it.

Governing law — for example the laws of the State of Israel — and which courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
